WSU Athletic Foundation
Cougar Athletics and Special Events
The mission of the Athletic Foundation, the fundraising arm of the Washington State University Athletics Department, is two-fold: (1) to provide a meaningful experience through educational and capital support for all of Washington State University's student-athletes in competition, the classroom, and the community; (2) to identify, recruit, cultivate, and steward alumni and friends so that the foundation of support for the Athletics Department continues to expand.
Western Washington Cougar fans are enthusiastic, involved, and support a wide range of events benefiting WSU student-athlete scholarships. Athletic events coordinated out of the WSU West office include A Night with Cougar Basketball, four regional golf tournaments, A Night with Cougar Football, The Columbia River Cougar Club Sports dinner and auction, and area Cougar Club gatherings.
